Most importantly: we use stainless steel condition vessels to eliminate the potential for oxygen exposure which leads to odours that would otherwise affect our beer’s great taste. Then we rest our lagers for at least one month before packaging them up so they can be enjoyed by all who crave something truly special in their glass.
