Our Strawberry Honey Hefeweizen is a hazy golden beer that imparts a wonderful strawberry aroma. At the top of the flavour profile we have a light, sweet, fruitiness highlighted by strawberry and honey. The real key, however, is the tart mouth-filling, rambling, hazy-sticky finish.
While all hefeweizen beers are spiced and feature a distinct yeast strain, our addition of strawberry and honey brings the flavour profile to new heights.
